First C - 2001/02 - Rules

Opening '01: Round robin, one leg (17 weeks).
Closing '02: Round robin, one leg switching the home/away condition (17 weeks).
Promotion: If a same team win both championship, they are promoted to First B. Otherwise, both champions advance to semifinals. From 3rd to 10th of the overall standings (Opening + Closing) play off in two legs until 2 teams remain. They joined both champions and play semi and final in two legs. Only one will be promoted to First B.
Relegation: Relegation Standings. Worst 2 are relegated to First D.
